Each pair of bookshelf speakers is handcrafted from the ground up by the Shinola Audio team using an American oak composite enclosure and high-end audio equipment to create a sleek and active audio delivery system that sounds good through the lows, mids and highs. The power output is 60W per channel with a 300W peak power total. The tweeters are one and a half inch soft dome variants, and the woofer is five and a quarter inches. Under the guidance of the Shinola Audio division head Alex Rosson (founder and former CEO of headphone maker Audeze), they managed to create a pair of speakers that looks great, sounds just as good and has a place on any bookshelf, desk or console table.
