Death Machines of London Airforce

Death Machines of London is a name Cool Material readers should be familiar with. From the Airtail to the bike in honor of Hunter S. Thompson, we’ve featured a handful of the outfits motorcycles. The latest badass two-wheeler to roll outta the shop is Airforce, a bike built in honor of Giovanni Ravelli, the co-founder of Moto Guzzi. Ravelli was not just a motorcycle racer; he was a WWI fighter pilot. Death Machines of London took this kernel of knowledge and fashioned a bike that aggressively nods to the world of aviation. Starting with an ’82 Moto Guzzi LeMans MK2, the team refurbished parts and crafted a chassis and set of wheels that looked to the sky for aesthetics. Coated in a custom “Airforce Grey” paint that was purposely made for this bike and outfitted with controls that were all custom built, this bike took well over three months to complete.
