We’ve seen plenty of tie-ins and reproductions of classic pieces over the years, but nothing that really made us want to bust out the wallet and drop some serious coin on a piece… until now. We can all finally own an officially licensed version of the Overlook Hotel hexagonal pattern carpet in the form of an area rug, runner or as a full roll sold by the square meter. Made for Film and Furniture by the UK’s sole license holder of the original 1960s Hicks’ Hexagon design by legendary interior designer David Hicks, this 1 ply wool carpet is high quality, custom made and hand tufted. We can’t imagine anyone would want to switch up the iconic red, brown and orange colors from the original, but custom colorways are available if you’re interested. All you need now is an adult-sized Big Wheel to really complete the experience.
