When it comes to British food our approach is one of cautious acceptance.  We’ll sniff and poke like a dog feeling out a new polished wood floor home.  While this can lead to mixed results, we can safely say that when it comes to food the British have two things right:  Plates of fish and chips with warm beers and satisfyingly rich dinner pies.  With this Grill Pocket Press from Sur la Table we can create some mini versions of those pies we crave.  Just roll out some dough, use the press and fill the pies up, grill and devour.  Of course our options aren’t limited to fillings of Guinness braised meat like some Brits enjoy (though we doubt you can do much better) so feel free to experiment to your hearts delight.
