Another Giant Collection of Hollywood Props is Going Up for Auction

When you’re looking to pony up serious cash for the pleasure of having a piece from one of your favorite films, there’s no better place to shop than a Prop Store auction. For more than two decades, Prop Store has been been putting together movie prop auctions that include some of our favorite pieces from some seriously famous flicks. They just released some initial details about their latest auction and, as always, we’re ready to start placing bids. Mounted T-Rex Skull from Jurassic World. Special effects Facehugger from Alien. Screen-matched Tantive IV Stormtrooper Helmet from Star Wars: A New Hope. The ghost trap from Ghostbusters. Jack’s axe from The Shining. Bond’s silenced Walther PPK from Goldeneye. The list goes on and on from there until it reaches the incredible 900 lots of rare props, costumes and production material from more than 300 films. The Prop Store Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction takes place at the Odeon BFI IMAX in London on September 30th and October 1st. The full catalog will be launched online on September 2nd.
