The home A/V setup is something that most of us pride ourselves on whether it’s the sheer size of the television, the number of satellite channels in the surround surround or the sheer size of the digital media library it’s all connected to. C SEED is here to flip all of that on its head with their C SEED M1 4K 165″ MicroLED TV that is designed and built to be both enormous and non-existent because it folds in to and out of the floor where you choose to install it. Yes, you read that correctly. Much like those old school cabinets from decades ago that camouflaged a television, you don’t see this TV until you actually, well, want to see it. Once you engage the mechanism at the push of a button, the C SEED M1 rises from the floor and unfolds itself into its impressive 165″ diagonal screen size. Even if you remove the cutting-edge technology that delivers super contrast, brightness and an unparalleled color spectrum (including total black!), the simple act of watching an enormous TV rise out of your floor and unfold itself into a better-than-theater-quality screen is worth the cost of entry… assuming, of course, that money is no object. As you might imagine, pairing this kind of tech with these mechanisms and having it installed is quite pricey with the base price being around $400k.
