There are a lot of great mirrorless camera options from all the big manufacturers if you want to carry a smaller shooter in addition to your phone. Sony’s latest–the ZV-1–doesn’t intend to usurp any of the other greats with enormous megapixels, advanced shooting modes or post-processing wizardry because its target is the content creators. The Sony ZV-1 Camera combines the proven imaging capabilities of the RX100-series with an updated physical design and the brand’s first flip-out, tilting LCD screen available on a mirrorless. That screen in question measures 3.0″, but it also includes a direction 3-capsule microphone (with windscreen) and Product Showcase / Background Defocus / Face Priority settings to help elevate it from the rest of the pack when it comes to vlogging / influencer necessities. The impressive camera is also equipped with a ZEISS 24-70mm-equivalent standard zoom lens and a bright f/1.8-2.8 maximum aperture range, which makes it great for capturing daily life as well.
