Well, Marty, your hoverboard is finally here. After years of hoaxes and toy replicas, the world’s first real hoverboard is set for liftoff. Is it everything Back to the Future promised? No, but it’s still a working hoverboard. Complete with four disc-shaped hover engines, the board allows you to float about an inch off the ground as it responds to your movements as you go. The bad news is, it only works on metal surfaces and the battery only lasts for around 15 minutes. Still, it’s a freaking hoverboard, and the first sign we may actually get to live out or childhood dreams of escaping Biff like a boss.
