E-bikes are hot, and Honda is approaching their interpretation by tying their new line with their gas-powered icons from the past. The new Honda Cub e:, Dax e:, and Zoomer e: are named after their gasoline-powered predecessors, and they look the part. Each model is electric-only. The Cub e: is based on the Supercub and gets 40 miles of range. The Dax e: is based on the Dax, has a unique T-shaped frame and gets 50 miles of range. Finally, the Zoomer e: that’s based on the 2002 Zoomer uses a pipe frame, is third-party accessory-ready, and delivers 56 miles of all-electric range. Each e-bike is priced at $900 or below and is, sadly, only available in China.
