The JBL L52 Classic Bookshelf Speakers Combine Vintage Style With Modern Performance and an Affordable Price Tag

The JBL L52 Classic Bookshelf Speakers Combine Vintage Style With Modern Performance and an Affordable Price Tag

When it comes to iconic speakers, there are few pairs that can compete with the likes of the JBL L100 in terms of style and performance. But as much as we love even the Modern JBL L100 Classic Speakers, the price point wasn’t exactly something we’d considerable approachable. Thankfully for the rest of us that don’t want to drop close to five grand on a pair of speakers, JBL has the new L52 Classic Speakers that combine the same genuine walnut wood veneer cabinet and award-winning retro style of their larger brethren in a smaller and more affordable package. Honestly, you’re not sacrificing much. Each speaker is 13″ x 7.74″ x 8.51″, weighs 11 lbs, and packs a 5.25″ low-frequency driver paired with a 3/4″ high-frequency driver and a 5-year manufacturer warranty. The JBL L52 Classic Bookshelf Speakers will be available later this year with black, blue, and orange front Quadrex foam grills through select JBL dealers starting at $1,000.
