When not helping craft the next Audi, Battersby moonlights as a designer for the Galactic Empire. Yup, Battersby designed ships for Sith Lords—or at least he designed one ship for one Sith Lord. Battersby’s TIE-X is his imagining of a better TIE Fighter for Darth Vader. The designer tried to make a ship that fights into the Star Wars universe while also creating something new. With a glowing red cockpit, a pair of blasters, and a menacing look, we think he succeeded.
