Just outside the small town of Gundagai in New South Wales, Australia, is where you’ll find the Kimo Estate, a luxury venue on a working 7,000-acre farm. They can accommodate up to 28 people on the farm for weddings, receptions and the like, but it’s JR’s Hut that really has us excited to travel there. They’re not wrong when they call it a “luxury glamping Eco Hut,” but we’re more inclined to say it’s an A-frame cabin for two in practically the middle of nowhere with some seriously stunning views of the Murrambidgee River flats and Kimo Valley. With plenty of glass to take in your surroundings (even in the bathroom!), this private cabin is the perfect place to unwind from the everyday while you work on your novel or just enjoy some time off-the-grid with your special someone. If the views, privacy and minimal decorations aren’t enough to make you want to take a trip to rural Australia, they also throw in breakfast for the morning after.
