Alaska Airlines Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Airplane

Alaska Airlines Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Airplane

To properly celebrate May 4th, a.k.a. Star Wars day, Alaska Airlines rolled out the red carpet on a special edition Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Airplane. This Star Wars-themed Boeing 737-890 sports painted illustrations of the Millennium Falcon, a TIE fighter, and porgs. The airplane was designed to be the official “Star Wars transport to the Disneyland Resort” and the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge logo is also emblazoned on the plane.

The all-black plane is a unique addition to the Alaska Airlines fleet and the airline company confirmed the plane is scheduled to fly for them for at least eight years. In fact, you can check the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge airplane’s flight schedule on the Alaska Airlines website at least one week before it flies. So, maybe you can be lucky enough to catch a ride with some other Star Wars fans.
