Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally Edition

Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally Edition

Named after a desert region in the south-central Sahara, the Ténéré is a dual-sport legend since 1983. The new 700 Rally Edition pays homage to the Yamaha factory bikes raced by Paris-Dakar ridersJean-Claude Olivier and Serge Bacou. The special edition bike gets a 72 horsepower parallel-twin engine, a lightweight double cradle tubular steel frame, heavy-duty skidplate for off-pavement adventures, an upsized radiator, a tall rallying seat, LED signals, and a sweet Akrapovič muffler. The Rally Edition gets its own special vintage yellow and blue livery with Yamaha’s classic speedblock graphics, along with gold spoked wheels. It will sell in Europe in July, and let’s cross our fingers that we see it on our shores.
