The Garelli KL50 is an old school cafe racer that, if we’re being completely honestly, had a lot of potential but not much more. Budapest-based Mokka Cycles is on a mission to build unique and stylish motorbikes that fulfill dreams and passions without any compromise, and they’ve recently turned their eyes onto the Garelli KL50. As you’ve probably already gathered by now, Mokka’s latest build starts as a Garelli KL50 Motorcycle that’s been stripped down to only the basics and converted into an all-electric ride. 5 kW brushless electric motor with two-hour charge time, 25 miles of range, lithium-ion batteries, handcrafted fuel tank that covers the electronic systems, black kappa leather seat and all the other custom parts needed to keep the Garelli KL50 style and profile while transitioning it into a completely electric setup that will perform as well as the original while still being completely devoid of a combustion engine.
