Hookie Co. 1969 Triump T100R ‘Snow Tiger’ Motorcycle
When it comes to our favorite international bike builders, few shops impress us like the people at Germany’s Hookie Co. They turned a BMW R100/7 into the “Hammerhead” bike worthy of a Bowie riding experience in a music video. A BMW R nineT scrambler into the Cobra Café Racer. A Yamaha XSR700 into the yard-built Grasshopper. In case you weren’t already seeing the pattern, Hookie Co takes already great machines and makes them exponentially better with their unique styling and build caliber. And now, the bike you see here–the Hookie Co. 1969 Triump T100R ‘Snow Tiger’ Motorcycle. It started as a 1969 Triumph T100R, but it’s had so much work done to the donor bike that it’s almost unrecognizable. Wassell Carb with K&N Air Filter Pods. 3D printed adapter to run bigger pods. Engine complete overhauled and race optimized. Higher compression, polished intakes, electronic ignition, dual coil, BSA Front fork (overhauled and shortened) and the list goes on and on and on. It also got new front and rear wheels and tires, brakes, damn near endless BMW donor parts and a custom seat and pillow just to seal the deal. This is one bike that feels familiar while still being completely different from everything else on the road.
