Gateway Bronco Is Going to Start Building F-Series Trucks

When it comes to vintage restomod Broncos, few shops do it as well as Gateway Bronco. Whether you’re talking about their 1972 Restomod Fuelie, 1974 Modern Day Warrior or any of the other Broncos they’ve built, each vehicle that comes out of their shop in Illinois is expertly restored, kitted out with modern components and better than new–without sacrificing any of the vintage cool. The latest news out of Gateway Bronco still involves drool-worthy restomods, but it’s definitely a change of pace for the brand because they’re now officially authorized by Ford to build F-Series Trucks. Using 67 – 72 Ford F-Series Trucks as the base for restoration, Gateway Bronco is going to shortly begin churning out some of the best old school meets new school crew cabs and short beds we’ve ever seen. No word yet on pricing, specifics or availability, but we do know they’re preparing a Crew Cab for SEMA later this year that’s going to be packing the absurd Godzilla 7.3-liter engine with a Harrop supercharger. Does anyone really need a pickup on a monster lift kit with around 700 horsepower? Of course not. But if it’s an option, why the hell not?
