1972 Nissan Skyline 3.2L Coupe

As if a Range Rover County Classic powered by a BMW V12 wasn’t enough reason to check out the site Bring a Trailer, they just sold a 1972 Nissan Skyline 3.2L Coupe that will make you question everything you thought you knew about vintage racecars. Originally imported to the United States—because, you know, you can’t generally find Nissan Skylines here—three years ago, this car underwent a major overhaul before becoming the cherry piece you see here. Fuel-injected Rebello Racing 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a 5-speed from an R31 Skyline. Improved brakes and suspensions, along with Watanabe alloy wheels, limited-slip differential and carbon fiber fender flares. Inside, you’ll find a custom-made 4-point roll bar, Recaro LX seats, limited edition steering wheel, Speedhut gauges and a Surface Pro tablet. This is one car we wouldn’t mind putting through the paces around a track. Unfortunately, like all the rest of the old school Skylines around, this one was recently sold.
