Aprons tend to be a mixed bag among men. Long associated with the generator of cupcakes, steak dinners and other fantastic edibles, the apron has manly purposes too, and it’s high time we reclaim the apron from our better halves. This Tin Cloth Shop Apron is a perfect example of an apron you might find protecting a blacksmith, leatherworker or any other man that works with his hands and needs to protect his junk. Crafted from deadstock vintage tin cloth (so named because tough and durable like the common metal), this shop apron has adjustable, vintage webbed cotton twill ties and new brass grommets. Storage comes from two tool loops (which may or may not support that shiny new Dewalt drill you’ve been dying to use), a center pocket and a ruler/pencil pocket. With an apron, the next Toolman turbocharging adventure might not lead to a hospital visit.
