Microsoft’s Flowspace Pod Brings At-Home Privacy to the Workplace

Despite what you may think, Microsoft is brand that’s truly way more about everything but the Windows operating system you trust them for. Case in point–the Microsoft Flowspace Pod you see here. Designed by a Microsoft Office Envisioning Team led by Anton Andrews–and winner of a 2021 ‘Best of the Best Red Dot Award’–the Flowspace Pod combines a super-sized Surface Studio screen with a shallow desk and stool to create a secure pod setup that includes the privacy of working from home with the versatility of being accessible by multiple workers in the office. Is this the kind of setup we can expect from every company in what is now our modern future? Absolutely not. That said, this is a great first step for the “private jet” lifestyle clientele that demand the absolute best–including secrecy–when it comes to their projects.
