We’ve seen some pretty cool homes fashioned from shipping containers, but the Honomobar is the first purchasable bar we’ve come across made from one—and we want it badly. Honomobo, a design group that has built some of the aforementioned homes, took an old shipping container and transformed it into a 100-square-foot mobile bar. Shipped anywhere in North America, the bar can be dropped in your backyard, by the pool, near a lake, or wherever you and your guests want to enjoy a cold one. Complete with black aluminum roll shutters, a Canadian fir butcher block bar top, a floor that’s been hit with a non-slip coating, and hydraulic lifting arms, the Honomobar is ready for festivities. No foundation, plumbing, or electricity needed, but you obviously need to handle permits for plopping it down. All we know is we want it in our backyard before summer starts.
