El Purista Smokers’ Armchair

Inspired by an unfolding flower blossom, an open cigar box and Charles Eames’ design philosophy, Chilean architect Rodrigo Gonzalez and German lawyer Alexander Sauer created the Smokers’ Armchair RA 1.15. Unveiled at the InterTabac conference, the armchair with Spanish cedar drawers built into the armrests for all your smoking essentials is also made of molded beech, walnut and ecofriendly aniline leather. Perfect for both homes, offices or cigar lounges, there’s enough space for cutters, an ashtray, extra smokes and even a glass of cognac (or single malt, bourbon, rum, rye or port if you so choose) built right into the sliding armrests that also give off that familiar humidor scent thanks to the Spanish cedar construction.
