That’s because the brand makes its sauces with real booze. They claim it’s the world’s only liquor-based hot sauce, which might be true since most of the ones we’ve seen are “infused” with booze. Swamp Dragon swaps out the vinegar normally used to craft some spicy sauce in favor of bourbon, rum, vodka, or tequila.
