With countless awful movies released every year, how can you select the one absolute worst? Well, you turn to Rotten Tomatoes reviews, just like Ozy did. The site combed through the movies which didn’t receive any “Fresh” ratings from critics and found the one with the most critics chiming in. That movie, with 116 “Rotten” ratings, is the 2002 Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu film Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever. The first line of the Critics Consensus sums it up perfectly, saying it was “startlingly inept.” Read more of Ozy’s findings at their site.
