It’s getting harder and harder for us to justify purchasing DVDs and Blu-rays. With Netflix and the internet in general, we’re headed towards a time when owning movies and music is a thing of the past. Of course, we do stumble across things like this every once in a while, and quickly realize there are times when we need a hard copy of something. This limited edition Blu-ray set of the second season of AMC’s Walking Dead looks freakin’ great! Thanks to the killer work of McFarlane Toys, you’ll want to store these discs on the mantle (maybe not if you have kids) and not in the back of some entertainment unit. The walker cranium packaging is enough to make us skip putting these Blu-rays in our Netflix queue and just pre-order them for delivery.
