Sherlock Holmes is the best date movie since The Hangover for a number of reasons. She gets to look at Jude Law, you get to look at Rachel McAdams. She gets witty banter, you get point-by-point bare-knuckle boxing tutorials. She gets Robert Downey Junior, you get Robert Downey Junior. No, seriously. He may not be covered in red (Scarlett or iron) yet, but combining Robert Downey Junior, Rachel McAdams, old school brawling, and a Disney budget to create an episode of Scooby Doo doesn’t disappoint. It’s elementary.
