Finally putting that gym membership to good use for the first month of the year isn’t always the easiest thing to do. You have to put in the time doing the actual work at the gym, but you also have to deal with the evil looks and snide comments from people that have enough time on their hands to work out during months that don’t start with January. They call you a resolutioner and doom you to failure within three weeks. We’re just as guilty of it as you are, but this year we’re saying to hell with that…for real this time! But seriously, resolutioner or not, we need some serious audio motivation to get our asses in gear after that first quarter mile. That’s what this playlist is for.
