It raised a ton of controversy with a 13 year-old girl using a word that rhymes with “Shhcunt”, but both movie-goers and critics agreed that Kick-Ass, if you pardon the super-obvious pun, kicked ass. This movie redeems Nicholas Cage from his prior cinematic crimes of Ghost Rider and Con Air, and come to think of it National Treasure 3 (and 1 and 2 while we’re at it) and that god-awful apocalyptic flick Knowing, and you know what, there was that other one too, Bangkok Dangerous, wow that was a terrible movie, and you know what we better just stop, and Nicolas Cage better just get a new agent.
