You might enjoy the flare and fury of fireworks, but your dog suffers miserably with all manner of shaking, barking, whining, and cowering. There is no remedy until now, and it comes from the folks at Ford Motor Company of all places. Apparently, instead of building sedans, they’re taking the time to create a futuristic dog kennel that makes your modern house look like a joke. Looking more like a Santiago Calatrava architectural creation than a doghouse, Ford’s kennel utilizes their in-car noise-canceling technology, as well as sound-dampening cork. It even has automatic doors that sense your pooch’s presence. Just like Ford cars, interior microphones pick up noise and then play opposite frequencies to cancel out unwanted noise. Though the kennel really is a platform by which Ford is promoting their in-car tech, we’re sure they love dogs, too.
