Han Solo’s Blaster from ‘Return of the Jedi’ Is Up for Auction

Han Solo’s Blaster from ‘Return of the Jedi’ Is Up for Auction

“Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid.” Yeah, so Han’s blaster theory didn’t really hold up once Luke demonstrated the ability to wield a lightsaber, but having a blaster is still nice. Don’t believe us? Find out for yourself. Now you can shoot down green criminals with Han’s actual blaster from Return of the Jedi. Up for auction on June 23, 2018, this is one of three blasters used throughout Episode IV. Han’s trusty sidekick (the blaster, not Chewy) was custom made for the film and was built on a metal, non-firing version of a Mauser C96 Broomhandle that was outfitted with found parts. Look, it’s going to be expensive and there will be lots of people interested, but as a wise man once said, “Never tell me the odds.”
