Those who adored the King of Rock and Roll know that Elvis Presley was a man who loved his jewelry. Bold and bright, Presley was often decked out with plenty of bling. And he frequently gifted custom pieces to friends and, most notably, to his manager Colonel Tom Parker. Now, for fans of gaudy accessories and the King himself, a unique auction is being presented by GWS Auctions on August 27. “Lost Jewelry Collection of Elvis Presley and Colonel Tom Parker” brings together over 150 unique lots that include rings, pendants, watches, and more. Plus, you’ll find signed memorabilia and various ephemera like boots, shirts, TVs, and radios.
Some of the highlights of this collection include Presley’s 1976 Harley Davidson and his private jet, with the bidding for both starting at $100,000. Additionally, Elvis’ 1973 Lincoln Continental “Last” Limo is available for purchase as well as the 14-karat yellow-gold TCB ring.
Final bids for the items will vary greatly but we’d expect the high-profile items to fetch upwards of millions of dollars.
