adidas is adding to their line of upgraded Iniki sneakers with the adidas Originals Iniki Boost “Pride of the 70s” sneakers. On the construction side, there isn’t too much different with this pair than the previous ones. Angular silhouette with two-way stretch mesh, suede overlays and a shiny mesh tongue that blends vintage style with modern Boost technology and construction. Where the “Pride of the 70s” sneakers do differ is in every part of the looks department. In an effort to pay homage to the three stripes first decade of running shoes, these sneakers blend a complimentary color palette of whites and tans with blue and red accents on the sole, heel and stripes with a bronze Iniki. They’ll look great with everything from gym shorts and jeans to slim trousers or a suit. The adidas Originals Iniki Boost “Pride of the 70s” sneakers will be released on April 20 with an expected price point of $120.
