Desert Modernism is something you’re probably completely unfamiliar with and might not care about it. While we’re not completely sold on the importance of the movement sparked by Richard Neutra in December of 1962 with the creation of the Maslon Home, we’re going to pay attention because it’s the namesake for these boots. The SeaVees 19/62 Desert Boots are made of sea-washed sailcloth and micro-suede nubuck leather – complete with oil-stuffed rawhide leather laces. Since you can’t get wifi in the desert we won’t be living there any time soon, but if we did we would be rocking these boots. Until then, we’ll just wear them in the urban jungle.
