Quite a few different BMW and Royal Enfield customs that run the gamut from bobbers to scramblers and everything in between have graced these pages. But we can honestly say we’ve never seen anything quite like the KR Customs Royal Enfield bike dubbed Grigio you see here. You see, in Chennai, India–where KR Customs is based–it’s not really all that easy to get your hands on BMW parts when you’re building a custom bike. Krishna Rajan from KR Customs was already bit the BMW bug after riding a GS800 and had his heart set on building a bike that was at least some part BMW. He found the airhead tank that would later become the centerpiece of the bike and set about building the rest of the bike around it using a Royal Enfield Continental GT as the base. Between the monoshock rear, the tank, the aggressive seat, anti-gravity battery, hanging number plate and all the other changes, almost nothing was left untouched when it came to creating this beautiful piece of machinery.
