Frequent collaborators Timex and Todd Snyder are back with another new collection of updated vintage watches that will look great on any wrist. The Timex + Todd Snyder MK1 Steel Watch Collection contains six different timepieces all based on an “extremely rare and highly coveted military spec watch produced by Timex exclusively for U.S. Marines for just two months in 1982.” The original piece was built with a plastic casing like the Camper and was intentionally designed to be disposable. The upgraded version that Todd Snyder created is a spiritual successor to the timepiece from the original government contract, but it’s now built with a stainless steel case, traditional strap or steel bracelet, and three-hand or chronograph faces. All versions of the timepiece include an acrylic crystal, water resistance to 30M and INDIGLO night-light indicators.
