Read anything about the restorations performed by the people at The FJ Company and you’ll frequently hear things like “best ever,” “stunning,” and “absolutely perfect.” This 1967 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45LV restoration is no different. This particular vehicle was one of the original about a thousand that were imported into the U.S. and was a project car that sat in a garage in Montana while the owner spent close to a decade painstakingly collecting parts and tinkering. Unfortunately, due to declining health, the last owner abandoned the project, which is how it ended up in the hands of The FJ Company for a thorough nut and bolt restoration. It’s gorgeous. It’ll turn heads. It’s probably better than original. It’s also sold, but it will be on display at the Carmel-by-the-Sea Concours on the Avenue and SEMA.
