Working with legendary motorcycle builder, Shinya Kimura, Yamaha birthed the concept of the Faster Son. And while this would be a good way to tell one of your pals to get his slow ass moving, it is actually a bike that proudly embraces its heritage in some of the more iconic Yamahas of the past—the Fathers. Building on the Faster Sons theme is the XSR700, a modern interpretation of the legendary XS650. Available in Forrest Green or Garage Metallic, this scrambler features 2 cylinder, 700cc motor and a host of vintage aesthetics. Expect the XSR700 in European showrooms later this year with no word yet on U.S. availability.
