TSOVET has, once again, managed to outdo themselves with their latest watch. The SVT-GR44 is a limited edition mechanical watch powered by the Valjoux 7750 movement. For your reference, that’s like the Porsche of watch movements. No, seriously. Porsche Design uses Valjoux movements as the base for their watches. Other brands you’ve probably heard of that also use Valjoux: Omega, Breitling, TAG, IWC and the list goes on. Point is, it’s pretty damn fancy. This newest piece was made in collaboration with the Chip Ganassi Race Teams (think Chicago Bulls during the Jordan years) and each 44MM stainless cased beauty also includes a commemorative book on Ganassi’s 145 wins and a custom designed display box. Since there were only 51 made, it’s probably safe to call this a grail watch.
