Spinnaker Boettger Limited Edition

Spinnaker Boettger Limited Edition

Bold colors are all the rage when it comes to watches these days, but it’s not just the pricey luxury watch brands that are delivering an expansive pallete of dial hues these days. Microbrand Spinnaker just did a fresh take on its Boettger dive watch in a Limited Edition line of four dial colors. Coral Orange, Blizzard White, Lemon Yellow, and Azure dials are set inside a 42mm 316L stainless steel case paired with both an integrated bracelet and an integrated, color-matching Nitrile Butadiene Rubber strap. The black bezel gets dial-matching numerals and indices, while the inner bezel ring’s indices match the color of the second hand, all very stylish.

The most unique aspect of the watch, however, is the under-index hands that travel beneath the lumed markers, a styling element inspired by the rare Sinn 809. The Boettger’s markers are anchored to the dial via hidden arms and then mounted up against the AR-coated sapphire glass. The Boettger LE is powered by a Miyota 9015 mechanical automatic movement with 42 hours of power reserve. As handsome as the Boettger is, there’s more than just the pretty face. It’s also dive-ready with a depth rating of 300 meters. Each watch comes with its own color-matched protective case, and adjustment tools.

150 units of each color will be made, so move quickly before they’re all gone.
