Finding an affordable, good looking, automatic watch is a trifecta that isn’t seen all that often in the watch world. Seiko has taken their already beloved 5 series one step further with the addition of these Made in Japan Military Watches. These watches start with the same features that the whole 5 series line is built on (automatic movement, day/date display, water/shock resistant, skeleton back, Hardlex lens), but Seiko decked this line out with a slightly different NATO webbing strap, a 23 jewel movement (instead of 21) and a 316L stainless case and crown that come in at 41mm instead of the usual 37mm. It comes in four different colors (black, cream, green and navy) with easy to read dials and a price tag just less than $250.
