The Batman Official Trailer

The Batman Official Trailer

DC Comics presented sneak previews of several upcoming television shows, movies, and video games at its annual event DC Fandome. We’ve already seen a full trailer for the upcoming The Batman film, directed by Matt Reeves. But, the latest trailer gave viewers a more detailed look at some of the movie’s villains including Catwoman (played by Zoe Kravitz), The Penguin (Colin Farrell), and The Riddler (Paul Dano), who is slated to be the main antagonist. We also get more dialogue from Alfred Pennyworth (Andy Serkis) as well as Batman himself (Robert Pattinson).

The visuals, atmosphere, and tone suggest the film, which takes place early in the vigilante career of Batman, will maintain DC’s gritty and grounded world which Batman films have occupied for the last decade or so. The movie is slated for a worldwide release on March 4, 2022.
