The Star Wars universe you know and love, the one you’re about to dip back into this weekend, could have looked a lot different if some of the original concept art made its way into the films. Ralph McQuarrie’s early sketches and designs painted a very different picture, and that work is brought together in the video you see above by The DAVE School. The graduating class took the work McQuarrie had done and made a trailer for this bizzaro world Star Wars. The Star Wars, as it was known, would have been about the adventures of Luke Starkiller and his friend, a green-skinned and gill-ed Han Solo, as they did battle with Stormtroopers who all had lightsabers.
