Revolutionary is a word we don’t throw around all that often, but it definitely applies to these new pieces of luggage from Trunkster. There’s a lot of great (read: expensive) luggage on the market, but Trunkster might have all the big boys beat. Rather than unzipping and folding your bag in half, or dealing with a smaller exterior pocket, Trunkster uses a sliding door on one full side to give you easy access to everything in your suitcase. That’s enough of a reason to buy it, but wait, there’s more! The carry on model includes an externally accessible usb port connected to an internal removable battery. Yes, you can be charging and rolling (on all-terrain spinner wheels) simultaneously. Then there’s the digital scale built into the handle (just lift it up!), the GPS that works like “Find my iPhone,” the full width handle, the hidden compartment and the unconditional five year warranty. The only thing we don’t like about this project is the fact we’re going to have to wait til the end of the year to actually use it.
