With the term “smart” being tossed in from of so many products these days – smartphones, smartwatches, etc – this would probably be best described as a smart radar detector. Besides handling your standard radar detecting functions, the device works with an app on your smartphone to deliver live updates on cop sightings, speed traps, and other things you might want to be aware of if you have a lead foot. It provides 360-degree protection and can display information visually on your screen. Of course, you’ll then have to explain why you have a radar detector and were looking at your phone while driving, but you only live once, right?
