There were two types of gamers in the ’90s. There was the Super Nintendo Entertainment System contingent. Then there was the Sega Genesis contingent. Admittedly, it seemed far more video game enthusiasts fell in the former category, but those who spent their formative years with Sonic remember a gaming system equally as awesome. Now the Genesis fans can bask in a little nostalgic glory with the Sega Genesis Mini. While details are still a bit scarce, the pint-size Genesis should make its debut in Japan later this year. Hopefully a U.S. release date follows along with some info on games that are pre-loaded (if that’s the direction they go with it).
