There are some products that are so intuitively simple and amusing that you can’t help but love them. The Looper Voice Recorder is one of those products. If we had any electrical engineering skill whatsoever we’d have wish we made it. Even if we did, it wouldn’t have come out anywhere near as good as the handcrafted box created by Richard Upchurch and his team at brandnewnoise in Brooklyn. It’s a pretty simple device. Hold down the red button the left to record. Hold down the black button on the right to play it back. Flip the switch left for continuous play. Fidget with the knob for speed and pitch adjustment. The handmade in the USA box will give you thirty seconds of recording time each go.
