UAZ Hunter Expedition Vehicle

UAZ Hunter Expedition Vehicle
Russian automaker UAZ–aka Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant–has always made vehicles built for terrain that no vehicle has any business traversing. The UAZ SGR Combi Van is basically a VW bus designed for the frigid Russian terrain, but it also serves as the perfect example of the brand’s commitment to build vehicles that are as capable as they are completely ridiculous. The latest is the UAZ Hunter Expedition Vehicle, an off-road behemoth that’s more Jeep or SUV than it is VW Bus. It has the same two-tone black and orange exterior we’ve come to expect from the brand, but this setup is a lot more overland with creature comforts. Water-repellent fabric upholstery and heated front seats. Front and rear power bumpers for a jack, winch or electric hoist. Locking rear differential. Cow catcher. Roof rack. Power thresholds with dual cross members. BFGoodrich T / A tires on black steelies. ZMZ-40906 four-stroke engine with about 150 horsepower mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. If you can find a way to get it imported to the States, it will tackle everything you can put it in front of.
