ICON Derelict 1960 Willys Overland Wagon

ICON Derelict 1960 Willys Overland Wagon
ICON’s latest Derelict project is a 1960 Willys Overland Wagon that, much like every other ICON project, will absolutely blow your mind. The car/truck/two-door wagon might look stock, but beneath that just-rolled-off-the-line exterior you’ll find a completely modern overhaul. The dash has a dock/charging station for your iPhone. The hubcaps disguise completely new wheels and tires. The interior got a Dynamat coating for protection and to reduce road noise. A fully powered cooler was added to the trunk area. Original upholstery was kept in tact while redoing everything underneath. Original control knobs and dash features were repurposed and reimagined with modern technology. The vehicle is powered with a 5.3L GM E-ROD V8 with about 340hp and 390lb-ft of torque. Once again, ICON has created a vehicle that looks like it’s from more than fifty years ago while still giving you all the modern creature comforts and power you look for in a ride.
