The electric-powered Zero Motorcycles SR/S is a performance legend with its ability to rocket to 60 mph in 1.6 seconds. Now, Deus Ex Machina has modified it to make it even more stunning in a throwback that also uses futuristic cues thanks to the lack of a fuel tank or exhaust. Designed and built by Deus’ lead designer Michael “Woolie” Woolaway, the bike was aided by none of the than Lockheed Martin aerospace engineers for the new single-mold carbon fiber composite fairing. It adds a handblown windscreen, World Superbike Showa shocks and fork, carbon fiber Dynamag wheels, and F1 winglets. The result is a new classic that will surely get double-takes for its vintage looks and modern silent powertrain.
