From choppers to bobbers, and all the motorcycle styles in between, we’ve covered quite a few great motorcycles over the years. Electric motorcycles aren’t completely foreign to these pages, but there haven’t been many that we thought would truly fit the bill for the man that wanted something more than a novelty–until now! Recently awarded the coveted “Most Innovative Motorcycle” award at the 10th annual The Quail Motorcycle Gathering in California, the Curtiss Motorcycles Zeus Electric Concept Prototype is a thing of futuristic beauty that’s also packing some out of this world numbers. While details are scant at this point, the Zeus is estimated to output around 170 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque, which could make it one of the most powerful e-Bikes to ever roll of the line if it hits production. This is all made possible with what’s being billed as e-twin technology that uses two electric motors to drive a single shaft. The Zeus is expected to be available sometime in 2020.
